SVMS Spirit Rock Fundraiser Rules
~IMPORTANT: Your reservation must be completed in Sign-Up Genius before making payment to secure your spot.
~Cost: $20 per day or $50 per week (just $10/day!).

~After reserving your spot, please proceed to SchoolCashOnline to process your payment: https://ccs.schoolcashonline.com/.
~Payments are due no later than 48 hours (2 days) after making a reservation. If payment is not received, your reservation will be canceled.
~No refunds. In case of inclement weather, you may reschedule to the next available spot.
~Rental Period: Begins at 4:00 p.m. the day before your reserved date and ends at 3:59 p.m. on the reserved day.
Painting Guidelines
~You are responsible for providing all paint and supplies. Typically, 2–3 cans of paint are needed for the base coat and additional paint for your design. Outdoor spray paint or outdoor acrylic paint is recommended.
~Only the front surface of the rock may be painted. Painting the back or sides is prohibited. Any unauthorized areas painted will be covered by the school.
~Do not paint the grass, ground, or surrounding areas.
~Clean up the area after painting. The area around the rock must remain neat, clean, and free of paint or trash. Any damage to school property is your responsibility.
Content Guidelines
~All designs must be student-friendly and in accordance with Cumberland County Schools’ Student Code of Conduct.
~No profanity, discriminatory remarks, obscenities, bullying messages, nudity, political innuendo, or drug-related imagery.
~SVMS reserves the right to paint over any content deemed inappropriate.
